Your Rewards

Our Staff Association works on behalf of employees and negotiates throughout the year in their best interests. Salaries are reviewed annually so that we remain competitive within the Financial Service industry and there’s also a confidential 24/7-telephone advice line (Lifeworks), offering free and impartial advice to employees and their family in times of need.

Your Bonus

Our Bonus Schemes are in place for both Head Office and the Branch Network, for you to benefit no matter where you join us.

In 2008, Head Office employees received a generous bonus worth up to 10% of their annual salary. The Head Office scheme is paid annually and is measured on both your individual performance and how well we perform as a whole.

Our teams who work in the Branch Network have their own sales bonus scheme, paid quarterly. A Customer Adviser can achieve up to 20% of annual salary, with a Mortgage Adviser enjoying a bonus worth up to 25% of their annual salary.

Your Recognition

We recognise your contribution in a variety of ways, both formally and informally. Cash awards of £250 and all expenses paid trips to locations including glamorous Gleneagles or Monte Carlo are a taster of the formal rewards we offer for exceptional results or role modelling great behaviours.
