National Customer Services Week

Yorkshire Building Society is once again supporting National Customer Service Week (NCSW) which takes place between 3 - 9 October

Although customer service is important every day of the week, NCSW provides a dedicated week long opportunity for organisations to help raise the importance of Customer Service. It also helps to:

  • Raise awareness of the crucial role customer service plays in building positive reputations and increasing customer loyalty
  • Show customers that organisations are committed to meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Show colleagues how important customer service is within their organisation (even if you are not in a customer facing role)
  • Recognise and show appreciation to colleagues for their contributions and support
  • Boost morale and teamwork
