Training and support
I’ve been with Yorkshire Building Society for 13 years in a variety of roles both in the Branch Network and at Head Office. My first job was as a Customer Adviser and I am now the Sales Training Manager.
Learning and development
I joined the Yorkshire Building Society in 2004 as Treasury Systems Manager. Right from the start it was clear that my manager was keen to develop me further. Whenever we felt there was a training need, arrangements were made to ensure that I received the necessary training.
Life in Head Office
I’ve worked for the Yorkshire Building Society for 7 years. Having recently had my second child, I’d been looking to change career with a view to working part time. When the position in Savings Service was recommended to me by my sister-in-law who works at Head Office, I jumped at the chance.
Career development
I’m the General Manager of our Human Resources & Operations and I’ve been with the Yorkshire Building Society for 16 years.
