I’ve been with Yorkshire Building Society since 1995 in a variety of roles both in the Branch Network and at the Bradford office. My first job was as a Customer Adviser and I am now the Sales Training Manager in the People Development Centre.
I’ve been offered many different Learning and Development Opportunities here and been lucky enough to have had the chance to take full advantage of them.
Throughout my career I’ve enjoyed development through a number of different avenues including formal training opportunities, the completion of recognised qualifications, coaching, feedback and self-study.
I honestly don’t believe I would have seen such career progression without the support of Yorkshire Building Society. They saw a seed of potential and were happy to grow and sustain it through learning and development to turn it into great performance.
