As one of our main customer facing areas, our impressive network of over 182 branches across the UK work alongside our call centres to deliver our retail marketing strategy.
The focus within each of our Branches is on delivering the right customer outcomes whilst providing the highest level of service to our customers. We encourage you to spot opportunities and recommend the best product for our customer's needs as it's this new business development that is key to our success.
Day to day, you'll find our Branches extremely sociable and team-orientated environments to work in. Our managers are approachable and are always open to new ideas, and you'll enjoy opportunities to develop your career, both within the Branch Network and across the Society. In fact, there are now two development programmes – offering different career paths – through which you'll get all the training you need to become our next successful Branch Manager. This means you now don't need to gain or have a financial qualification to progress further.
When you start, you'll also benefit from our 'Buddy' system to help you through your first few months, and of course your manager and team will offer continuous support throughout your career with us.
