Our Head Office

Our Head Office is based in West Yorkshire on the southern outskirts of Bradford, just 3 miles from J26 M62 for easy access to all local routes. Our purpose-built £32 million development is modern, comfortable and home to over 1,000 employees. We also enjoy an attractive and well-maintained garden site offering ample free on-site parking.

Facilities for Head Office employees include a subsidised restaurant, well-equipped gym, coffee lounge and pool table. Regular visitors to HO include a hairdresser, chiropodist, tailoress, nail technician and a dry cleaning service.

We also have a second building which is conveniently situated in central Bradford and houses a further 360 employees.

Our Savings and Lending departments in our Service Function really are our operational powerhouse, providing the highest level of customer service over the telephone and through administrative support. A variety of specialist teams also work in these areas focusing on risk analysis, forward planning and setting policy.
