Who’s right for this role?

First of all, there are a couple of things we look for straightaway:

  • Grade C or above in Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • The ability to work 39 Saturdays a year

Beyond that, attitude is the most important thing we look for. We want people who feel passionately about giving great customer service, like to get positively involved in the success of the business and are keen to go the extra mile both for their customers and their colleagues.

You could come from a range of backgrounds: customer service, retail or sales. You’ll need to be able to work brilliantly in a team and on your own; show a track record of generating sales leads; and have an eagle eye for spotting opportunities. It goes without saying that you will be a great communicator, too.

But above all you will want to work for a business that takes its responsibilities for service and quality seriously and promotes a culture of customer service excellence for everyone.
