About the role
Our Customer Representatives are the wonderful people you see behind the counter in our branches. They’re there to help our customers in any way they can. They ensure that customers don’t miss opportunities by referring them on to our team of Customer Consultants when there are products that would benefit them.
As one of this team, you’ll be promoting the whole range of savings, investment and mortgage products we offer, generating sales leads for the rest of the team in the branch and carrying out cashiering and admin duties behind the counter. You’ll also take part in our branch meetings as we’ll want to hear your ideas about how we could do things better to improve the experience for our customers.
If you’ve never worked in financial services before, don’t be daunted. Our Customer Consultants will spend time with you to work out how best you can generate leads fairly and effectively. There’s also a specially tailored development programme in place to give you all the coaching and learning you’ll need to build your skills.
