Who’s right for these roles?

We look for the same two minimum requirements in all our Customer Consultants:

  • Grade C or above in Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • The flexibility to cover other branches if we need you to

Plus, if you’d like to join us as a Customer Consultant Retail & Mortages, you’ll need a CEMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Aside from this, we’re looking for people with commitment. Commitment to our customers. Commitment to our organisation. And commitment to the team. We like to employ people who really care about their work, and the people they work with. You’ll need to be an honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, positive, imaginative and tactful professional.

Experience in a customer-facing role is essential. You’ll have been successful generating sales leads and beating targets; you’ll thrive working with teams; you’ll be comfortable taking on responsibility; and you’ll be an expert relationship builder.
