Working with mortgage intermediaries, our busy office processes hundreds of loan applications, from initial receipt through to completion, and everything in between. As Team Leader you are responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver the very highest levels of service as we work with the intermediary, solicitors, valuers and customers.
Your work will involve assessing workloads, allocating responsibilities, monitoring quality and constantly inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their goals. You will also take responsibility for complaint handling, dealing with each issue effectively, timely and within regulatory requirements and ensure that the best outcome is reached for the customer and the business.
A role model within the business, this role is integral to our success and to developing a working culture that prides itself on service and quality.
