About the role
Join our growing business and use your customer service skills in a varied role that’s full of opportunities for growth.
You’ll be part of our team in Bradford that processes mortgage applications swiftly and accurately, from loan application to completion, and everything in between. So you’ll need to have shrewd judgement, an eye for detail and organisation skills that dazzle as you review cases and recommend whether a loan should be approved. Accord works directly with intermediary partners, solicitors, valuers and customers, so you’ll also need to be able to build fantastic relationships. Of course, we’ll provide all the training you need, but it’ll be down to you to make the most of every opportunity.
Experience in a financial services and/or customer services environment would be beneficial but is not essential. More important is a positive attitude, collaborative approach to working and first-class organisation skills.
